The Twizzle website is provided for browsing the catalogue, selecting product options, placing orders and contacting the shop. Users must provide accurate contact details and must not use the website for unlawful activity, interference with the service or access to another person’s data.

Before an order is submitted, the selected products, quantities, prices, fulfilment method and available payment methods are shown. By submitting an order, the user confirms its contents and accepts the order and data-processing terms required to fulfil it.

The service records the order and sends a confirmation. The shop checks actual availability, preparation time and fulfilment details; material changes are agreed with the customer through their chosen contact channel.

Nothing on this website or in these terms limits the customer rights provided by applicable consumer-protection law.
